Yes, but only if the damage is caused
by an accident. If you get a nail in your tire it would not be covered by insurance.
Note:
If the tire is damaged in an accident, the settlement will take into consideration
the tread life remaining on the tire. For example, if the tire was purchased new
for $100 and it now has half of the tread left then you would be entitled to approximately
$50 towards its replacement..
